This Mixed-Use Apartment Complex has a looped design that assures privacy for the apartments and provides both apartment dwellers and visitors to the commercial facility maximum utilization of outdoor space. This is achieved with the help of the stepped façade that gives way to terraces, both on the residential sides of the building as well as the commercial center of the building. The brick louvers on the façade reduce the sun exposure without obstructing views from the otherwise glazed building façade.

The apartments are designed in such a way that there is a transition to semi-public spaces such as mosques, community halls, and park and walking tracks on the rooftop terraces.
